Application Options
Gateway lets you decide on the most convenient method to apply: by phone, fax or email.

Gateway offers you three methods to apply:

  1. Call 0800 900 700 (toll free)

    Call Center operating hours:
    Monday to Friday    09:00 am to 08:30pm
    Saturday               09:00 am to 01:00pm

    Before dialing please ensure that you have the following details at hand:

    1. Identity number of applicant
    2. Date of Births for all life assureds
    3. Banking Details for debit order authority


  2. Download our interactive application form (Microsoft excel is required)

    Simply download our interactive application form and follow the instructions below.

    1. Download the file on to your desktop
    2. Open the interactive application form in Microsoft excel
    3. Complete the application form at your own convenience
    4. Click on the Save button
    5. Send the file as an attachment to applications@gatewayplan.com
